Abstract
Kemunculan smart manufacturing menjadi istilah populer dalam proses rantai pasok. Namun, proses rantai pasok tradisional di industri manufaktur furnitur hanya berfokus pada peningkatan transaksi, sehingga muncul permasalahan baru terkait penerimaan pesanan dari pelanggan tanpa memperhitungkan kemampuan produksi, serta terhambatnya pelaporan furnitur yang diproduksi. Industri manufaktur furniture perlu meningkatkan produktivitas rantai pasok dengan menerapkan teknologi terutama dalam hal pengambilan keputusan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan implementasi sistem pendukung keputusan yang merupakan perwujudan dari smart manufacturing. Implementasi sistem pendukung keputusan sebagai alat bantu rantai pasok perlu divalidasi kualitasnya menggunakan ISO 9126. Selain menerapkan standar kualitas, perlu memperhatikan kemungkinan risiko yang muncul dengan menerapkan standar COBIT 5 domain deliver, service, and support. Berdasarkan uraian mengenai latar belakang permasalahan, industri manufaktur perlu mempertimbangkan pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk smart manufacturing dalam meningkatkan produktivitas rantai pasok. Penilaian produktivitas rantai pasok menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk mencari pengaruh sistem pendukung keputusan, standar kualitas ISO 9126, dan risiko COBIT 5 terhadap kinerja rantai pasok. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan untuk kerangka smart manufacturing dalam rangka meningkatkan produktivitas rantai pasok menggunakan COBIT 5 dan ISO 9126. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model smart manufacturing dalam bentuk sistem pendukung keputusan untuk proses rantai pasok yang sudah divalidasi dari sisi kualitas dan manajemen risiko. Dengan demikian, produktivitas manajemen rantai pasok dapat ditingkatkan dari segi waktu, proses, dan kualitas.

The emergence of smart manufacturing has become a popular term in the supply chain process. However, the traditional supply chain process in the furniture manufacturing industry only focuses on increasing transactions, so that new problems arise related to receiving orders from customers without taking into account production capabilities, as well as delays in reporting on the furniture produced. The furniture manufacturing industry needs to increase supply chain productivity by applying technology, especially in terms of decision making. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a decision support system which is the embodiment of smart manufacturing. The implementation of a decision support system as a supply chain tool needs to have its quality validated using ISO 9126. Apart from implementing quality standards, it is necessary to pay attention to possible risks that arise by implementing the COBIT 5 domain standard deliver, service, and support. Based on the description of the background of the problem, the manufacturing industry needs to consider developing a decision support system for smart manufacturing to increase supply chain productivity. Supply chain productivity assessment uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to find the influence of decision support systems, ISO 9126 quality standards, and COBIT 5 risks on Supply Chain Performance. This research aims to build a decision support system for a smart manufacturing framework in order to increase supply chain productivity using COBIT 5 and ISO 9126. The result of this research is a smart manufacturing model in the form of a decision support system for supply chain processes that has been validated in terms of quality and risk management. In this way, supply chain management productivity can be increased in terms of time, process and quality.
