Abstract

This study investigates the link between person-organization fit, knowledge
sharing behaviour, and innovative work behaviour. Using self-determination
theory, this study hypothesizes that person-organization fit positively influences
innovative work behaviour through knowledge sharing behaviour. A total of 221
respondents of Indonesian universities participates in this study. The results of
structural equation modelling (SEM) show that the proposed hypotheses are
supported. This study concludes that person-organization fit and knowledge
sharing behaviour positively influence innovative work behaviour.
