Abstract

Pemanfaatan Sumberdaya Pari Kekeh (Rhynchobatus sp.) Yang Didaratkan di
Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Tegalsari Kota Tegal Bogi Budi Jayanto dan
Kukuh Eko Prihantoko).
Pari Kekeh (Rhynchobatus sp.) merupakan sumber daya perikanan yang
dilindungi serta rentan dengan kepunahan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perlu
untuk diketahui seberapa optimal tingkat pemanfaatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk menganalisis aspek biologi ikan Pari Kekeh (Rhynchobatus sp.) yakni
struktur ukuran, laju mortalitas, laju eksploitasi, ukuran pertama kali tertangkap,
parameter pertumbuhan, rasio kelamin dan pola rekrutmen, serta untuk
menganalisis aspek keberlanjutan ikan Pari Kekeh (Rhynchobatus sp.) yakni CPUE,
MSY dan Tingkat Pemanfaatan di PPP Tegalsari. Metode yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan metode pengambilan sampel
yakni dengan metode survei. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode
Von Bertalanffy, Gordon Schaefer dan Analisis FiSAT-II. Jenis alat tangkap yang
digunakan untuk menangkap Pari Kekeh adalah jaring tarik berkantong. Data
jumlah produksi ikan terendah di PPP Tegalsari yakni pada tahun 2019 sebesar
16.422 ton, sedangkan jumlah produksi ikan tertinggi pada tahun 2021 sebesar
61.119 ton. Nilai produksi terbesar terdapat pada tahun 2021 sebesar
Rp.1.447.242.802.500. Jumlah nelayan terbanyak pada tahun 2019 yang berjumlah
86.769 orang. Jumlah armada penangkap ikan di PPP Tegalsari didominasi dengan
ukuran GT antara 30-200 GT. Jumlah armada kapal terendah dengan rentang 30
200 GT berada pada tahun 2020. Sedangkan jumlah kapal pada rentang 30 – 200
GT paling banyak terjadi pada tahun 2021. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan CPUE
ikan Pari Kekeh sebesar 5.714.337 Kg, nilai MSY sebesar 1.295.234 kg/trip dan
tingkat pemanfaatan sebesar 106%. Status tingkat pemanfaatan ikan Pari di PPP
Tegalsari pada Tahun 2017-2021 adalah kategori over-exploited.

Coastal Fishing Port, Tegal City Bogi Budi Jayanto and Kukuh Eko
Prihantoko).
Wedgefish (Rhynchobatus sp.) is a protected fishery resource and is
vulnerable to extinction. Based on this, it is necessary to know how optimal the
utilization rate is. This study aims to analyze the biological aspects of Wedgefish
(Rhynchobatus sp.) namely size structure, mortality rate, exploitation rate, size first
caught, growth parameters, sex ratio and recruitment pattern, as well as to analyze
the sustainability aspects of Wedgefish (Rhynchobatus sp.) namely CPUE, MSY and
Utilization Rate in Tegalsari Coastal Fishing Port. The method used in this
research is descriptive analysis method with the sampling method, namely the
survey method. The data analysis used was the Von Bertalanffy, Gordon Schaefer
and FiSAT-II analysis methods. The type of fishing gear used to catch the wedgefish
is danish seine. Data for the lowest amount of fish production at Tegalsari Coastal
Fishing Port, namely in 2019 amounted to 16,422 tons, while the highest amount
of fish production in 2021 was 61,119 tons. The largest production value is in 2021
of IDR 1,447,242,802,500. The highest number of fishermen was in 2019,
amounting to 86,769 people. The number of fishing fleets in Tegalsari Coastal
Fishing Port is dominated by GT sizes between 30-200 GT. The lowest number of
vessels in the 30-200 GT range will be in 2020. Meanwhile, the highest number of
vessels in the 30-200 GT range will occur in 2021. The results obtained from the
study of the biological aspects of the wedgefish, namely the Total Length (TL) of
wedgefish (Rhynchobatus sp.) in Tegalsari Coastal Fishing Port ranged from 51
290 cm. Based on the result of calculating the CPUE of wedgefish is 5,714,337 Kg,
the MSY value is 1,295,234 kg/trip and the utilization rate is 106%. The status of
the utilization rate of wedgefish at Tegalsari Coastal Fishing Port in 2017-2021 is
over-exploited category.
