Abstract

Latar belakang, Disfungsi ereksi (DE) atau impotensi merupakan penurunan fase gairah respon seksual, tidak mampu mempertahankan ereksi penis yang lama sehingga tidak dapat meningkatkan kinerja fungsi seksual secara memuaskan, melibatkan faktor biologis dan faktor sosial secara konsisten selama lebih dari 6 bulan pada pria. DE dapat diobati secara tradisional menggunakan tumbuhan bahan alami yang kaya afrodisiak yaitu ramuan daun bungkus (smilax rotundifolia) asal Papua.
Tujuan, untuk menganalisis korelasi penggunaan ramuan daun bungkus (smilax rotundifolia) asal Papua pada kelompok DE terpapar dan kelompok DE tidak terpapar di kabupaten Biak Numfor.
Metode penelitian, penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian analitik observasional dengan kohort prospektif dengan data primer dan dilakukan sebanyak 3 tahap dengan 8 kali pengukuran kemudian membandingkan perbedaan antara kelompok terpapar dan kelompok tidak terpapar yang diamati selama 3 bulan. Analisis data dilakukan secara unvariat, bivariat menggunakan uji mc nemar dan multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik.
Hasil penelitian, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ramuan daun bungkus (smilax rotundifolia) asal Papua berkorelasi terhadap variabel status libido (p<0,01), (RR=42.00) (95% CI=10.56-166.92) dan usia (p<0,01), (RR=22.66) (95% CI=7.33-70.09) secara signifikan. Sedangkan penggunaan ramuan daun bungkus (smilax rotundifolia) asal Papua tidak berkorelasi terhadap variabel jenis pendidikan (p=0,55), (RR=0,410) (95% CI=0,24-0,69), pekerjaan (p=0,75), (RR=1,53) (95% CI=1,22-1,90) dan depresi (p=0,58), (RR=1,04) (95% CI=0,84-1,30).
Kesimpulan, kesimpulan bahwa ada korelasi antara penggunaan ramuan daun bungkus sebagai afrodisiak terhadap status libido dan usia pada penderita disfungsi ereksi di Kabupaten Biak Numfor Papua.

Background, Erectile dysfunction (ED) or impotence is a decrease in the arousal phase of the sexual response, being unable to maintain a penile erection for a long time so that it cannot improve the performance of sexual function satisfactorily, involving biological factors and social factors consistently for more than 6 months in men. ED can be treated traditionally using natural plant ingredients that are rich in aphrodisiacs, namely the herb leaf wrap (smilax rotundifolia) from Papua.
The aim is to analyze the correlation between the use of the herb leaf wrap (smilax rotundifolia) from Papua in the DE-exposed group and the non-exposed DE group in Biak Numfor district.
Research method, this study used an observational analytical research design with a prospective cohort with primary data and carried out 3 stages with 8 measurements and then compared the differences between the exposed and unexposed groups which were observed for 3 months. Data analysis was carried out univariate, bivariate using the MC Nemar test and multivariate using logistic regression.
Research results: The results of the research show that the use of the herb leaf wrap (smilax rotundifolia) from Papua is correlated with the variables libido status (p<0.001), (RR=42,000) (95% CI=10,568-166,922) and age (p<0.001), (RR=22.667) (95% CI=7.330-70.094) significantly. Meanwhile, the use of the herb leaf wrap (smilax rotundifolia) from Papua does not correlate with the variables type of education (p=0.547), (RR=0.410) (95% CI=0.243-0.694), employment (p=0.745), (RR=1.526) 95% CI (1.223-1.905) and depression (p=0.578), (RR=1.044) 95% CI (0.838-1.300).
In conclusion, it is concluded that there is a correlation between the use of wrap leaf concoction as an aphrodisiac on libido status and age in sufferers of erectile dysfunction in Biak Numfor Regency, Papua.
