Abstract

(Ebenezer Michael Dave. 26050119130119. Kajian Arus, Gelombang, Dan Kedalaman Untuk Mendukung Pariwisata Di Pesisir Desa Teluk Awur, Kabupaten Jepara. Elis Indrayanti dan Muhammad Helmi).
Industri pariwisata menjadi salah satu sektor yang berperan penting dalam memajukan perekonomian Indonesia, salah satunya melalui kegiatan wisata pantai. Adapun Pantai Teluk Awur merupakan salah satu lokasi yang memiliki potensi besar dalam dijadikan area wisata pantai. Walaupun demikian, kondisi di pantai ini tidak seramai dibandingkan dengan pantai lain yang ada di Jepara sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis kesesuaian dalam penetapan area wisata pantai. Analisis kesesuaian ini dilakukan dengan mengkaji karakteristik hidrodinamika seperti arus, gelombang, serta kedalaman, kemudian ditelaah dalam empat jenis musim, baik secara spasial maupun temporal, dengan menggunakan metode penilaian (scoring). Data-data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini seperti arus dan gelombang didapat dari hasil pemodelan 2D dan 3D yang diolah melalui aplikasi MIKE Zero, serta data kedalaman yang didapat melalui hasil digitasi peta Rupa Bumi Indonesia dengan memanfaatkan data batimetri dari Batnas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, wilayah yang berpotensi masuk ke kategori S1 (Sangat Sesuai) untuk dijadikan daerah wisata pantai adalah pada bagian timur area penelitian yang memiliki luas area sebesar 6.52 ha dengan karakteristik kedalaman berkisar sebesar 0 – 3 meter, kecepatan arus berkisar 0.0 – 0.5 m/s. dan tinggi gelombang signifikan berkisar sebesar 0.0 – 0.5 meter.

ABSTRACT

The tourism industry is a sector that plays an important role in advancing the Indonesian economy, one of which is through beach tourism activities. The Teluk Awur Beach is a location that has great potential to be used as a beach tourism area. Nevertheless, the conditions on this beach are not as busy as compared to other beaches in Jepara, so it is necessary to carry out a suitability analysis in determining the beach tourism area. This suitability analysis was carried out by examining hydrodynamic characteristics such as currents, waves, and depth, then examined in four types of seasons, both spatially and temporally, using the scoring method. The data used in this study such as currents and waves were obtained from 2D and 3D modeling results that were processed through the MIKE Zero application, as well as depth data obtained through the digitization of the Indonesian Topographical Map by utilizing bathymetry data from Batnas. Based on the research results, the area that has the potential to suit the S1 category (Highly Suitable) to be used as a beach tourism area is in the eastern part of the research area which has an area of 6.52 ha with depth characteristics ranging from 0 - 3 meters, current speeds ranging from 0.0 - 0.5 m /s. and significant wave height ranges from 0.0 – 0.5 meters.
