(Nurul Aulia Dinastuti. 26020119140118. Laju Pertumbuhan Rumput Laut (Gracilaria sp.) Metode Netline pada Budidaya Monokultur dan Polikultur dengan Kakap (Lates calcarifer) di Tambak Tradisional Kabupaten Brebes Jawa Tengah. Sri Rejeki dan Rosa Amalia).
Rumput laut merupakan tumbuhan berklorofil dan tergolong dalam salah satu jenis tanaman tingkat rendah. Rumput laut merupakan salah satu komoditas laut yang memiliki nilai ekonomis cukup tinggi. Rumput laut Gracilaria sp. juga dapat
dibudidayakan sendiri secara monokultur ataupun dibudidayakan dengan organisme akuatik lainnya seperti ikan dan udang secara polikultur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membandingkan laju pertumbuhan rumput laut Gracilaria sp. pada sistem budidaya monokultur dan polikultur dengan kakap dan mengetahui sistem budidaya yang menghasilkan laju pertumbuhan rumput laut Gracilaria sp. tertinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan variabel terikat Gracilaria sp dan variable bebasnya menggunakan kakap (L. calcalifer), dengan sistem budidaya monokultur dan polikultur untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan terbaik. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi: pertumbuhan Gracilaria selama 45 hari pemeliharaan. Sedangkan data yang dianalisa adalah laju pertumbuhan relatif (RGR), spesifik (SGR) dan data nitrat dan fosfat, selama 45 hari pemeliharaan dengan Analisa Uji T-Test. Parameter kualitas air dianalisa secara diskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sistem budidaya yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap laju pertumbuhan Gracilaria sp. Laju pertumbuhan RGR Gracilaria sp. pada sistem polikultur dengan kakap (4,59 ± 0,64%/hari) signifikan secara nyata lebih tinggi, daripada laju pertumbuhan RGR Gracilaria sp budidaya dengan budidaya sistem monokultur (2,13 ± 0,06%/hari). Sedangkan laju pertumbuhan SGR Gracilaria sp. pada sistem polikultur dengan kakap (2,48 ± 0,20%/hari) signifikan secara nyata lebih tinggi, daripada laju pertumbuhan SGR Gracilaria sp
budidaya dengan budidaya sistem monokultur (1,49 ± 0,03%/hari).

(Gracilaria sp.) by Netline Method in Monoculture and Polyculture with Snapper (Lates calcarifer) in Traditional Ponds of Brebes Regency, Central Java. (Sri Rejeki dan Rosa Amalia).
Seaweed is a chlorophyll plant and is classified as one of the low-level plants. Seaweed is one of the marine commodities that has a high economic value. Gracilaria sp. seaweed can also be cultivated alone in monoculture or cultivated with other aquatic organisms such as fish and shrimp in polyculture. The purpose of this study was to compare the growth rate of Gracilaria sp. seaweed in monoculture and polyculture systems with snapper and determine the cultivation system that produces the highest growth rate of Gracilaria sp. seaweed. This study used an experimental method, with the dependent variable Gracilaria sp. and the independent variable using snapper (L. calcalifer), with monoculture and polyculture cultivation systems to determine the best growth. Data collected include: Gracilaria sp. growth during 45 days of maintenance. While the data analyzed were relative growth rate (RGR), specific (SGR) and nitrate and phosphate data, during 45 days of maintenance with T-Test Analysis. Water quality
parameters were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that different cultivation systems had a significant effect on the growth rate of Gracilaria sp. The RGR growth rate of Gracilaria sp. in the polyculture system with snapper (4.59 ± 0.64%/day) was significantly higher, than the RGR growth rate of Gracilaria sp.
cultivation with monoculture system (2.13 ± 0.06%/day). While the growth rate of SGR Gracilaria sp. in the polyculture system with snapper (2.48 ± 0.20% / day) was significantly higher, than the growth rate of SGR Gracilaria sp. cultivation with monoculture system cultivation (1.49 ± 0.03% / day).
