Abstract

Nelayan Terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP)
Bajomulyo Pati Jawa Tengah. Bambang Argo Wibowo dan Kukuh Eko
Prihantoko).
Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Bajomulyo merupakan pusat dari seluruh
kegiatan perikanan mulai dari pra produksi produksi, pengolahan sampai dengan
pemasaran. PPP Bajomulyo memiliki potensi cukup besar dalam sektor perikanan
sebagai daerah produksi perikanan tangkap dengan komoditas ikan bernilai
ekonomi tinggi. Kinerja pelayanan PPP Bajomulyo perlu diperhatikan karena dapat
berpengaruh terhadap operasional pelabuhan. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis
kondisi eksisting Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Bajomulyo, menganalisis
tingkat kepuasan nelayan terhadap kinerja pelayanan yang diberikan pengelola
Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Bajomulyo, menganalisis tingkat kualitas
layanan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan pihak Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai
(PPP) Bajomulyo. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Januari hingga Februari 2023.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Metode pengambilan sampel
adalah snowball sampling. Metode analisi data yang digunakan yaitu analisis
kondisi eksisting dengan skala likert, analisis kepuasan nelayan dengan metode
Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), analisis kualitas layanan dengan metode
Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan analisis
kondisi eksisiting menghasilkan skala likert dengan skor 454 yang menyatakan
bahwa kondisi eksisting fasilitas serta pelayanan di PPP Bajomulyo sangat baik.
Analisis tingkat kepuasan nelayan 94,61% yang menyatakan bahwa tingkat
kepuasan nelayan secara keseluruhan terhadap pelayanan PPP Bajomulyo sangat
memuaskan. Analisis tingkat kualitas layanan menghasilkan nilai tingkat
kesesuaian 98% Nilai tersebut masuk dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan
PPP Bajomulyo sangat memuaskan.

Prihantoko).
The beach fishing port (PPP) of Bajomulyo is the center of all fishing
activities from pre-production, processing to marketing. PPP Bajomulyo has
considerable potential in the fishing sector as a fishing production area with high
economic value fish commodities. The performance of the PPP Bajomulyo service
needs to be considered because it can affect the operation of the port. The research
is aimed at analyzing the existing conditions of the Bajomulyo Coast Fisheries Port
(PPP), analysing the level of fishermen’s satisfaction with the performance of the
services provided by the management of the bajomulyo beach fishing port (PPPs),
and analysing a level of quality of service to the services offered by the Bayomulyo
Beach Fishing Port (PSP). The research was conducted from January to February
2023. The research method used is descriptive. Sampling method is snowball
sampling. Data analysis methods used are the analysis of existing conditions with
the likert scale, fishermen’s satisfaction analysis with the Customer Satisfaction
Index (CSI) method, the quality analysis of services with the Importance
Performance Analysis method. (IPA). The results of the research showed the
analysis of existing conditions produced a likert scale with a score of 454 which
stated that the existing facilities and services conditions in PPP Bajomulyo were
excellent. The analysis of the fishermen’s satisfaction rate of 94.61% stated that
the overall fisherman’s level of satisfaction with the services of P.P.Bajomulyo is
very satisfactory. Analysis of the service quality level results in a 98% conformity
level value The input value can be concluded that the quality of PPP Bajomulyo
services is very satisfactory.
