Abstract

(Rr. Shintia Nada Bralingga. 26010119140080. Hubungan Lebar Karapas dengan Bobot Tubuh dan Faktor Kondisi Rajungan (Portunus pelagicus Linnaeus, 1758) di Perairan Teluk Awur Jepara, Jawa Tengah. Suradi Wijaya Saputra dan Anhar Solichin).
Upaya untuk mengetahui beberapa aspek biologi populasi rajungan (Portunus pelagicus) di suatu perairan adalah dengan menganalisis struktur ukuran lebar karapas, dan hubungan lebar karapas dengan bobot tubuh rajungan. Tingkat kesesuaian rajungan dan habitatnya dapat diketahui dengan angka yang menyatakan kegemukan atau biasa disebut dengan Faktor Kondisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur ukuran lebar karapas dan bobot rajungan, hubungan lebar karapas dengan bobot tubuh dan mengetahui Faktor Kondisi rajungan di perairan Teluk Awur, Jepara, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-Agustus 2022. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Sampel rajungan diambil dari hasil tangkapan nelayan dengan mempertimbangkan daerah penangkapan, yaitu pada jarak dekat pantai (8 mil dan 10 mil) dan jauh pantai (12 mil dan 20 mil). Lebar karapas rajungan diukur menggunakan penggaris dengan ketelitian 1 mm, sedangkan bobot tubuh rajungan diukur menggunakan timbangan digital dengan ketelitian 0,0 gram. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Hasil penelitian rajungan jantan pada jarak dekat pantai didapatkan intersep (a) sebesar 0,00003, b (slope) sebesar 3,16, sehingga persamaan hubungan lebar karapas dan bobot rajungan
didapatkan: W = 0,00003L 3,16, sedangkan rajungan betina didapatkan intersep (a) 0,00002, b (slope) 3,24, dan W = 0,00002L

Rajungan jantan pada jarak jauh pantai didapatkan intersep (a) 0,00002, b (slope) 3,26, dan W = 0,00002L 3,26, sedangkan rajungan betina didapatkan intersep (a) 0,00003, b (slope) 3,14, dan W=0,00003L 3,14. Hasil uji-t terhadap parameter b (koefisien regresi) menunjukkan bahwa sifat pertumbuhan rajungan jantan dan betina berbeda. Faktor Kondisi rajungan berkisar antara 1,02-1,16 yang menunjukkan P. pelagicus tersebut tergolong sedang dalam keadaan gemuk.

Efforts to find out several biological aspects of blue swimming crab (Portunus pelagicus) populations in certain waters are by analyzing the structure of the size of the carapace width, and the relationship between the width of the carapace and the body weight of the crab. The level of suitability of blue swimming
crab and its habitat can be identified by a number indicating plumpness or commonly referred to as a condition factor. This study aims to determine the structure size of carapace width and crab weight, the relationship between carapace width and body weight and to determine the condition factors for crabs
in the waters of Awur Bay, Jepara, Central Java. This research was conducted in May-August 2022. The method used in this research is a survey method. Crab samples were taken from fishermen's catches by considering the fishing area, namely at a distance near the coast (8 miles and 10 miles) and far from the coast (12 miles and 20 miles). The width of the crab carapace was measured using a ruler with an accuracy of 1 mm, while the body weight was measured using a digital balance with an accuracy 0,0 gram. The data obtained were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The results of the research on the male swimming crab near the coast showed that the intercept (a) 0,00003, b (slope) 3.16, so that the equation for the relationship between carapace width and crab weight was obtained: W =0,00003L 3.16, while female crabs obtained intercepts (a) 0,00002, b (slope) 3.24,
and W = 0,00002L 3.24. The male crab at a long distance from the coast obtained intercepts (a) 0,00002, b (slope) 3.26, and W = 0,00002L 3.26, while the female crabs
obtained intercepts (a) 0,00003, b (slope) 3.14, and W= 0,00003L
