Suradi Wijaya Saputra & Anhar Solichin ). Pantai Sepanjang yang terletak di Kecamatan Tanjungsari, Kabupaten Gunung Kidul merupakan salah satu ekosistem yang memiliki potensi tinggi. Daya tarik wisata alami, namun belum terukur secara ekonomi, selain itu ekonomi kapasitasitas daya dukung Pantai Sepanjang belum dikaji. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli hingga September 2022. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui potensi, nilai ekonomi, dan daya dukung kawasan wisata Pantai Sepanjang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus. Penentuan jumlah responden menggunakan metode Slovin, sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data ekonomi menggunakan Travel Cost Method (TCM), kapasitas wisatawan menggunakan konsep Daya Dukung Kawasan (DDK) dan persepsi wisatawan menggunakan skala Likert. Potensi yang didapat dari Pantai Sepanjang yaitu rekreasi sebesar 60,1%, dan sisanya adalah sumber perekonomian, perikanan tangkap, dan edukasi. Nilai ekonomi berdasarkan TCM di Pantai Sepanjang yaitu Rp 30.581.798.400,00 per tahun. Daya dukung kawasan di Pantai Sepanjang yaitu 871 orang/hari dengan akumulasi 317.915 orang/tahun. Jumlah kunjungan di Pantai Sepanjang pada tahun 2021 yaitu 111.645 orang, yang artinya belum melebihi dari nilai DDK tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlunya pengembangan potensi yang ada agar dapat meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan hingga mendekati DDKnya, mengingat persepsi wisatawan terhadap keindahan pantai yang baik. Mengetahui jumlah maksimal kunjungan wisatawan diharapkan tercipta konsep ekowisata dan kenyamanan wisatawan.

Suradi Wijaya Saputra & Anhar Solichin.) Sepanjang Beach, which is located at the Tanjungsari District, Gunung Kidul Regency, is an ecosystem that has high potential. The natural attraction of the tourism site has not been measured economically. Apart from being economically, the carrying capacity of Sepanjang Beach has not been studied. The research was carried out from July to September 2022. The purpose of this research were to find out the potential, economic value, and carrying capacity of the area at the Sepanjang Beach tourist location. The research method used was a case study. Determining the number of respondents using the Slovin method, data collection was carried out by purposive sampling technique. Economic data analysis used the Travel Cost Method (TCM), tourist capacity used the concept of Regional Carrying Capacity (DDK) and tourist perceptions used the Likert scale. The potential that can be obtained from Sepanjang Beach, namely recreation is 60.1%, and the rest was a source of the economy, capture fisheries, and education. The economic value based on TCM at Sepanjang Beach is IDR 30,581,798,400.00 per year. The carrying capacity of the Sepanjang Beach area is 871 people/day with an accumulation of 317,915 people/year. The number of visitors to Sepanjang Beach in 2021 was 111,645 people, which means that it has not exceeded the DDK value. Therefore, there is a need to develop the existing potential in order to increase the number of visitors towards its DDK value, considering the tourists' perception of the beauty of the beach. In addition, it is possible to determine the maximum number of tourist visits in order to create the concept of ecotourism and ensure tourist comfort.
