Abstract

Meri Handayani. 26030119120012. Analisis Bioekonomi Sumberdaya Ikan Kakap Merah (Lutjanus sp.) di Kabupaten Rembang. (Dian Wijayanto & Aristi Dian Purnama Fitri).
Kabupaten Rembang memiliki potensi perikanan cukup besar pada tahun 2021 yaitu mencapai 87.292,9 ton di Jawa Tengah. Salah satu hasil tangkapan dengan nilai ekonomis tinggi yaitu Ikan kakap merah (Lutjanus sp.). Ikan Kakap Merah merupakan ikan jenis demersal yang diperoleh dari pengoperasian alat
tangkap jaring tarik berkantong. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisa kondisi sumberdaya ikan kakap merah di Kabupaten Rembang dengan pendekatan bioekonomi model Gordon-Schaefer dan menganalisa tingkat pemanfaatan dan tingkat pengupayaan kakap merah (Lutjanus sp.) di Kabupaten Rembang.
Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan metode purposive sampling guna pengambilan sampel sebanyak 90 responden pemilik alat tangkap jaring tarik berkantong di PPP Tasikagung. Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) dengan nilai CMSY sebesar 2.002 ton/tahun, E MSY sebanyak 8.857 trip/tahun. Perhitungan Maximum Economic Yield (MEY) diperoleh nilai CMEY sebesar 1.936 ton/tahun, E MEY sebanyak 7.241 trip/tahun, dan profit optimal sebesar Rp. 74.773.571.716 serta perhitungan Open Access Equilibrium (OAE) dimana diperoleh nilai C OAE sebesar 1.194 ton/tahun, E OAE sebanyak 14.483 trip/tahun. Tingkat pemanfaatan ikan kakap merah (Lutjanus sp.) di Kabupaten Rembang yang diperbolehkan yaitu 3.670.532 kg/tahun. Pada 9
tahun terakhir, diperoleh rata-rata tingkat pemanfaatan sumberdaya sebesar 104% dan tingkat pengupayaan rata-rata sebesar 43%. Tingkat pemanfaatan ini telah melebihi batas penangkapan, sehingga perlu dilakukannya pengurangan atau
pembatasan upaya penangkapan.

Rembang Regency has quite large fishery potential in 2021, reaching 87.292,9 tonnes in Central Java. One of the catches with high economic value is red snapper (Lutjanus sp.). Red Snapper is a demersal fish obtained from the operation of Danish Seine. The purpose of this study was to analyze the condition of red snapper resources in Rembang Regency using the bioeconomic approach of the Gordon-Schaefer model and to analyze the level of utilization and exploitation of red snapper (Lutjanus sp.) in Rembang Regency. The research used a descriptive method with a purposive sampling method to collect a sample of 90 respondents who owned Danish Seine gear at Tasikagung Fishing Port. The
results of data processing obtained Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) with a CMSY value of 2.002 tons/year, E MSY of 8.857 trips/year. The Maximum Economic Yield (MEY) calculation obtained a CMEY value of 1.936 tons/year, E
MEY of 7.241 trips/year, and optimal profit of Rp. 74.773.571.716 and the calculation of the Open Access Equilibrium (OAE) where a COAE value of 1.194 tonnes/year isobtained, an E OAE of 14,483 trips/year. The permissible utilization rate of red snapper (Lutjanus sp.) in Rembang Regency is 3.670.532 kg/year. In the last 9
years, an average resource utilization rate of 104% was obtained and an average effort level of 43%. This level of effort has exceeded the fishing limit, it is necessary to reduce or limit fishing efforts.
