Kolaboratif Ekowisata Studi Kasus: Hutan Mangrove Pandansari Kabupaten
Brebes di Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 (Frida Purwanti dan Sutrisno Anggoro)
Hutan Mangrove Pandansari terletak di Desa Kalilingi, Kecamatan Brebes,
Kabupaten Brebes, Jawa Tengah merupakan obyek wisata yang memiliki potensi
untuk dikembangkan dan mulai dibuka pada tahun 2016. Adanya pandemi Covid19 menyebabkan tidak maksimalnya rencana pengembangan yang dilakukan,
sehingga beberapa spot baru tertunda pengelolaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk
mengetahui nilai daya dukung kegiatan wisata, menganalisis peran stakeholder
dalam pengembangan ekowisata, serta merumuskan strategi kolaboratif
pengembangan ekowisata pasca pandemi Covid-19. Pengumpulan data dilakukan
dengan menyebar kuesioner dan wawancara kepada 100 wisatawan, 10
pokdarwis, 10 masyarakat, dan perwakilan pemerintah setempat, dengan metode
purposive sampling. Analisis yang dilakukan yaitu perhitungan daya dukung
kawasan dengan menggunakan rumus DDK, Analisis peranan Stakeholder dengan
menggunakan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), serta perumusan strategi
kolaboratif menggunakan SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threath).
Penentuan strategi pengembangan dilakukan dengan menganalisis data yang telah
terkumpul dengan analisis SWOT untuk menilai faktor internal dan eksternal
Ekowisata Hutan Mangrove Pandansari. Nilai daya dukung fisik Hutan Mangrove
Pandansari setelah adanya pandemi Covid-19 pada kegiatan bersantai dan berfoto
di menara yaitu 45 orang, istirahat di gazebo 36 orang, wisata kuliner 110 orang,
tracking mangrove 25 orang, sedangkan kegiatan selain wisata antara lain
memarkirkan kendaraan motor 171 orang, kendaraan mobil 357 orang,
penggunaan toilet 60 orang, dan kegiatan di mushola 250 orang. Jumlah tersebut
menurun sebanyak 50% dari sebelum adanya pandemi covid-19. Stakeholder
Contest Setters dalam pengembangan ekowisata Hutan Mangrove Pandansari
Brebes adalah Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Brebes. Stakeholder yang berperan
sebagai stakeholder Players merupakan pengelola dan masyarakat. Stakeholder
crowd dari Hutan mangrove Pandansari yaitu pihak LSM. Hasil analisis SWOT
yang telah dilakukan yaitu mendukung adanya strategi diversifikasi.

Ecotourism Development, Case Study: Pandansari Mangrove Forest Brebes in
Post-Covid-19 (Frida Purwanti dan Sutrisno Anggoro)
Pandansari Mangrove Forest is located in the Kalilingi Village, Brebes,
Central Java. It is a tourism site which have so many potential tourism that can be
developed and been visited since 2016. The existence of the Covid-19 caused
many development plan not be optimally, so some new spots were delayed in their
management. The purpose of this study were to determine the value of carrying
capacity of tourism activities, to analyze stakeholders’s role in ecotourism
development and to formulate collaborative strategies between stakeholder for
development ecotourism after Covid-19. The data were collected by distributing
questionnaires and interviews to 100 tourist, 10 management staffs, 1 local
goverments, and 10 local community using purposive sampling method. The
analysis carried out by calculating the carrying capacity, analyzing the role of
stakeholders using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), and formulating SWOT
(Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threath). Determination of the development
strategy by analyzing the data that has been collected using SWOT analysis to
determine internal and external factors for the development of Pandansari
Mangrove Forest The value of physical carrying capacity of Pandansari
Mangrove Forest after the Covid-19 pandemic in relaxing and taking pictures at
the tower was 45 people, resting in the gazebo 36 people, culinary tours 110
people, mangrove tracking 25 people, while activities other than tourism included
parking motorbikes 171 people, 357 people in cars, 60 people in toilet use, and
250 people in prayer activities. This number decreased by 50% from before the
Covid-19 pandemic. The Context Setters sakeholder in the ecotourism Pandansari
Mangrove Forest is the Local Government. Stakeholders Players are Pokdarwis
and local community. Crowd stakeholder from its ecotourism are NGOs. The
result of SWOT analysis that have been carried out are supporting the
diversification strategy.
