Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari faktor social networking,
multichannel retailing growth, market orientation, dan market entry capability
terhadap firm performance. Pengambilan sampel digunakan dengan menggunakan
teknik purposive sampling dengan total sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 405
responden yang merupakan pelaku UKM di Jawa Tengah. Teknik analisis data yang
digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural
Equation Model) dengan program AMOS, dengan teknik pengumpulan data
menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social networking
berpengaruh positif terhadap multichannel retailing growth, market orientation
tidak berpengaruh terhadap multichannel retailing growth, market orientation
berpengaruh positif terhadap market entry capability, multichannel retailing
growth tidak berpengaruh terhadap market entry capability, multichannel retailing
growth berpengaruh positif terhadap firm performance, market entry capability
berpengaruh negatif terhadap firm performance.
