Abstract

Latar belakang. Dalam pengelolaan kasus covid-19, dengan mengetahui faktor risiko tersebut, tenaga kesehatan dapat memprediksi prognosis kasus Covid-19, sehingga dapat mengantisipasi perburukan maupun kematian. Banyak penelitian tentang Covid-19, namun hasilnya tidak konsisten. Dengan demikian, diperlukan penelitian yang spesifik pada daerah tertentu sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pengelolaan kasus setempat.
Tujuan. Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan outcome penderita Covid-19 di Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Grobogan.
Metode. Menggunakan case control dari beberapa rumah sakit, ruang isolasi dan puskesmas yang dikumpulkan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Grobogan periode Maret 2020 hingga Juni 2021. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan disesuaikan dengan skala pengukuran tiap variabel. Analisis awal secara univariat, dan bivariat menggunakan chi square, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan multivariat regresi logistik.
Hasil. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil secara bivariat antara lain usia (p=0,456), jenis kelamin (p=0,716), jumlah komorbid (p=0,720), asma (p=0.216), diabetes melitus (p=0.001), gagal jantung (p=0.444), hipertensi (p=0.001), gagal ginjal (p=1.000), jantung koroner (p=0.173) dan status vaksin (p=0,001). Sedangkan secara multivariat status vaksinasi dan komorbid jantung koroner merupakan prediktor kematian pada Covid-19.
Kesimpulan. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa status vaksinasi dan komorbid jantung koroner merupakan prediktor kematian Covid-19 yang bermakna secara teoritis maupun statistika.

Background. In managing Covid-19 cases, by knowing these risk factors, health workers can predict the prognosis of Covid-19 cases, so they can anticipate worsening and death. Many studies about covid-19, but the results are inconsistent. Thus, specific research is needed in certain areas so that it can be used in local case management.
Objective. Analyze factors related to the outcome of Covid-19 sufferers in Purwodadi, Grobogan.
Method. Using case controls from several hospitals, isolation rooms and health centers collected by the Grobogan District Health Office for the period March 2020 to June 2021. The hypothesis testing used is adjusted to the scale of measurement for each variable. Initial analysis using univariate and bivariate using chi square, then followed by multivariate logistic regression.
Results. From this study, bivariate results were obtained including age (p=0.456), gender (p=0.716), number of comorbidities (p=0.720), asthma (p=0.216), diabetes mellitus (p=0.001), heart failure ( p=0.444), hypertension (p=0.000), kidney failure (p=1.000), coronary heart disease (p=0.173) and vaccine status (p=0.000). Meanwhile, bivariate and multivariate vaccine status, diabetes mellitus, hypertension and coronary heart disease are predictors of death in Covid-19.
Conclusion. From this research, it was found that vaccination status and coronary heart comorbidities are predictors of Covid-19 mortality which are theoretically and statistically significant.
