Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kelompok pekerja anak buah kapal (ABK) merupakan salah satu kelompok pria potensial berisiko tinggi terinfeksi HIV/AIDS. Industri seks komersial yang umumnya dekat dari pelabuhan dan mudah untuk mendapatkan WPS apalagi tersedianya fasilitas cafe, bar dan tempat-tempat hiburan lainnya, Kelompok ABK dapat berperan sebagai jembatan utama penularan HIV/AIDS antara WPS dan masyarakat umum.
Tujuan: Membuktikan berbagai faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku seks berisiko HIV/AIDS pada anak buah kapal di wilayah kerja KKP Kelas II Ambon.
Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan mix method, dengan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain Cross Sectional study, dengan sampel 50 orang dan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan wawancara mendalam (indepth interview). Variabel bebas adalah tingkat pengetahuan, sikap ABK, daya tarik WPS, lama kapal sandar dan pengendalian diri. Variable terikat adalah perilaku seks beresiko HIV/AIDS. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square dengan metode regresi logistic.
Hasil: Variabel yang terbukti memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku seks beresiko HIV/AIDS pada ABK: daya tarik WPS (p = 0,033; PR 1,493) dan lama kapal sandar (p = 0,004; PR 2,476). Dan yang tidak terbukti memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku seks beresiko HIV/AIDS pada ABK : pengetahuan ABK, sikap ABK dan pengendalian diri.
Kesimpulan: Faktor risiko yang terbukti memiliki hubungan dengan perilaku seks beresiko yaitu WPS yang mudah didapat setiap kapal sandar dan lama kapal sandar yang lebih dari 1 hari dengan probabilitas 97,30%.

Background:The group of crew members (ABK) is a group of men who are potentially at high risk of being infected with HIV/AIDS. The commercial sex industry, which is generally close to ports and easy to get to WPS, not to mention the availability of cafes, bars and other entertainment venues, ABK groups can act as the main bridge for HIV/AIDS transmission between FSW and the general public.
Objective:Proving the various factors that influence HIV/AIDS risky sexual behavior in ship crews in the Ambon Class II KKP work area.
Method:this research use mix method, with quantitative research using designCross Sectional study, with a sample of 50 people and qualitative research using an in-depth interview approach (indepth interview). The independent variables are the level of knowledge, the attitude of the crew, the attractiveness of the WPS, the length of time the ship has docked and self-control. The dependent variable is sexual behavior at risk of HIV/AIDS. Data analysis using testwho squares with logistic regression method.
Results:Variables that are proven to have an influence on HIV/AIDS risky sexual behavior among crew members: the attractiveness of FSW (p = 0.033; PR 1.493) and the length of time the ship docks (p = 0.004; PR 2.476). And what is not proven to have an influence on HIV/AIDS risky sexual behavior in ABK: ABK knowledge, ABK attitudes and self-control.
Conclusion:The risk factors that are proven to have a relationship with risky sexual behavior are FSW which are easy to get every berthing ship and the length of the ship which is more than 1 day with a probability of 97.30%.
