Abstract

Semua negara didunia memiliki ketergantungan yang tinggi terhadap energi. Prediksi kebutuhan energi terus meningkat dari tahun tahunnya pada semua negara sehingga diperlukan langkah langkah penghematan. Salah satu langkah penghematan yang bisa dilakukan pada industry pembangkit listrik adalah overhaul. Overhaul merupakan kegiatan pemeliharaan yang wajib dilakukan secara periodik untuk mempertahankan performa NPHR pembangkit listrik mendekati seperti pada saat kondisi awal dibangun. Penelitian ini menguji bagaimanakah performance PLTU Circulating fluidized bed sebelum dan sesudah overhaul dengan pekerjaan tambahan upgrade tube air heater sebanyak 365 tube. Penelitian ini juga meneliti bagaimanakah analisis tekno ekonomi pada pekerjaan overhaul ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui performa pembangkit listrik sebelum dan sesudah overhaul, (2) mengetahui bagaimana performance PLTU pada beban 50%, 75%, dan 100%. , (3) Memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan kinerja efisiensi energi , (4) Menganalisis tekno ekonomi kegiatan overhaul dengan type serious inspection. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa ketiga perlakuan pola pembebanan pasca overhaul memberikan dampak yang baik bagi PLTU yakni berupa menurunnya NPHR pasca pekerjaan overhaul. Dampak dari menurunnya nilai NPHR pasca overhaul pada PLTU ini adalah dapat menghemat biaya kebutuhan bahan bakar sebesar 17,5 Miliar rupiah per tahunnya. Biaya untuk pekerjaan overhaul ini adalah 14,9 Miliar rupiah sehingga dalam 1 tahun bisa menghemat sekitar 2,6 Miliar rupiah.

All countries in the world have a high dependence on energy. Prediction of energy demand continues to increase from year to year in all countries so that savings measures are needed. One of the savings measures that can be taken in the power generation industry is overhauling. Overhaul is a maintenance activity that must be carried out periodically to maintain the NPHR performance of the power plant close to what it was when the initial conditions were built. This study examines how the performance of the Circulating fluidized bed Power plant before and after the overhaul with the additional work of upgrading the tube air heater as many as 365 tubes. This study also examines how the techno-economic analysis of this overhaul works. This study aims to (1) determine the performance of the power plant before and after overhaul, (2) determine how the performance of the PLTU is at 50%, 75% and 100% load. , (3) Providing recommendations for improving energy efficiency performance, (4) Analyzing the techno-economics of overhaul activities with a type of serious inspection. The results of this study explain that the three treatments of the post-overhaul loading pattern have a good impact on the PLTU, namely in the form of a decrease in the NPHR after the overhaul work. The impact of the reduced post-overhaul NPHR value at this PLTU is that it can save fuel costs of 17.5 billion rupiah per year. The cost for this overhaul work is 14.9 billion rupiah so that in 1 year it can save around 2.6 billion rupiah.
