Abstract
Amid the pervasive practice of money politics, in 2021, the Demak Regency Bawaslu
stipulated two villages as Anti Money Politics Villages (Desa anti Money Politics Villages [abv:
Desantika]). Two villages defined as Desantika in 2021 are the Kedondong Village of Gajah
Subdistrict and the Mojosimo Village of Gajah Subdistrict. It is essential to see Desantika critically
from the distribution of roles and cooperation between actors in achieving the goals of Desantika.
Hence, Desantika is not just a Bawaslu's slogan, and the village community implementation is not
tepid, for it is not born from the community's concern. Another interesting point concerning the
Bawaslu built cooperation and relationship in the two villages, bearing in mind that money politics
does not merely involve candidates and successful teams but also the community as the clients or
those who receive "Political Sodakoh." This study aims to analyze the interrelations of actors in
implementing Bawaslu's Anti-Money Politics Village to uncover the actors' cooperative relationship
and the methods of implementing the Desantika program.
