Abstract
Word of Mouth (WOM) communication occurs directly between two or more people using the conversation. Promotion of library more effective use of communication strategy WOM compared to other communication strategies. The reason is because users directly face to face in providing information, making it easier opportunities to influence other of users. To support that WOM can be effective, it is necessary to pay attention to elements in both verbal and nonverbal communication. WOMM in a library became a powerful influence. Users can inform all associated with the library about what is going on in such a way.
