Abstract

Hutan mangrove di pesisir Tapak Tugurejo adalah salah satu mangrove terbaik hutan di Kota Semarang yang dihuni berbagai spesies dan memiliki kerapatan yang tinggi. Hutan mangrove ini merupakan potensi utama ekowisata pesisir di Tapak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan strategi pengembangan ekowisata mangrove di pesisir Tapak Tugurejo Semarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan penilaian daya dukung yang kemudian dilanjutkan studi kasus dengan identifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang dianalisis menggunakan SWOT. Hasil analisis SWOT kemudian dirumuskan dalam beberapa strategi dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchi Process (AHP) untuk menentukan strategi yang paling tepat dalam pengelolaan ekowisata mangrove di pesisir Tapak Tugurejo Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekowisata mangrove di pesisir Tapak memiliki beberapa atraksi yang dapat memberikan nilai lebih di dalam ekowisata dan dapat dijadikan sebagai ajang promosi meningkatkan wisatawan untuk dapat berkunjung. Nilai daya dukung Ekowisata Mangrove Tapak adalah sebesar 668 orang per hari. Nilai ini lebih besar daripada nilai aktual jumlah wisatawan 136 orang per hari. Wisatawan sebanyak 89% dari 55 responden menyatakan kepuasan dalam berwisata dan 93% ingin kembali berwisata di kawasan ekowisata mangrove di pesisir Tapak. Strategi yang paling tinggi dari nilai hasil analisis berupa mempromosikan tempat wisata dan juga memberikan edukasi terkait fungsi mangrove sebagai jasa lingkungan yang dapat menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem dan secara ekonomi dengan memanfaatkan bagian dari pohon untuk bahan kosmetik dan makanan sehingga dapat menjadikan pertimbangan oleh pengelola untuk dapat mengembangkan ekowisata mangrove di pesisir Tapak Tugurejo.

The mangrove forest on the coast of Tapak Tugurejo is one of the best mangrove forests in the city of Semarang which is inhabited by various species and has a high density. This mangrove forest is the main potential of coastal ecotourism in Tapak. This study aims to identify the potential and strategy of developing Mangrove Ecotourism on the coast of the Tugurejo Tread, Semarang. The method used is carrying out an assessment of the carrying capacity which is then followed by a case study with the identification of internal and external factors analyzed using SWOT. The results of the SWOT analysis were then formulated in several strategies and analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the most appropriate strategy in managing mangrove ecotourism on the coast of the Tugurejo Site, Semarang. The results showed that mangrove ecotourism on the Tapak coast has several attractions that can provide added value in ecotourism and can be used as a promotional event to increase tourists to be able to visit. The carrying capacity of Mangrove Tread Ecotourism is 668 people per day. This value is greater than the actual value of the number of tourists 136 people per day. Tourists as many as 89% of 55 respondents expressed satisfaction in traveling and 93% want to return to travel in the mangrove ecotourism area on the coast of Tapak. The strategy that has the highest value from the analysis results is in the form of promoting tourist attractions and also providing education related to the function of mangroves as environmental services that can maintain the balance of the ecosystem and economically by utilizing parts of the tree for cosmetic and food ingredients so that it can be considered by managers to be able to develop ecotourism. mangroves on the Tugurejo Tread coast.
