Abstract

Aplikasi video conference adalah aplikasi multimedia yang menghasilkan suara, dan gambar sehingga pengguna dapat berkomunikasi dua arah secara real time. Munculnya penyakit virus corona menyebabkan segala macam kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilakukan secara langsung di Perguruan Tinggi harus dilakukan secara daring. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadi lonjakan peningkatan penggunaan aplikasi video conference, sehingga penting untuk mengetahui alasan yang mendorong mahasiswa untuk terus menggunakan aplikasi video conference apabila pandemik COVID – 19 telah berakhir. Integrasi model UTAUT 2 dan model Delone & McLean dipilih dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor manakah yang menjadi penentu mahasiswa untuk terus menggunakan aplikasi video conference. Data yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 327 responden dengan rincian sebanyak 126 responden pengguna aplikasi zoom, 62 responden pengguna aplikasi google meet, 58 responden pengguna aplikasi google classroom dan 81 responden pengguna aplikasi microsoft teams. Data responden dianalisis menggunakan metode PLS – SEM dan menggunakan software smartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, faktor penentu niat keberlanjutan pengguna pada aplikasi zoom yaitu faktor kinerja sistem, kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pengguna, pada aplikasi google meet yaitu, faktor kinerja sistem, kualitas informasi dan kepuasan pengguna, pada aplikasi google classroom yaitu, faktor kebiasaan, kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pengguna dan pada aplikasi microsoft teams yaitu faktor kinerja sistem, kondisi fasilitas, biaya, kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pengguna.

A video conferencing application is a multimedia application used for real time two-way communication. COVID-19 Pandemic cause every school activity had to be carried out online. This problem raised the use intensify of video conferencing applications increased, so it is important to know the reasons that encourage students to continue using video conferencing applications even the COVID-19 pandemic has ended. The integration of the UTAUT 2 model and the Delone & McLean model were chosen in this study to determine which factors determine which students will continue to use video conferencing applications. The data that participated in this study were 327 respondents with details as many as 126 respondents using the Zoom application, 62 respondents using the Google Meet application, 58 respondents using the Google Classroom application and 81 respondents using the Microsoft Teams application. Respondent data were analyzed using the PLS – SEM method and using smartPLS 3.0 software. Based on the research that has been done, the key factor of intention to reuse the zoom application are system performance expectancy, system quality, service quality and user satisfaction factors. For google meet application are system performance expectancy, information quality and user satisfaction factors. In the google classroom application are habit, service quality and user satisfaction factors, Lastly for Microsoft Teams application are system performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, price value, system quality, service quality and user satisfaction factors.
