This research aims to describe the condition of Japanese women's work environment after the implementation of the womenomics policy. The data in this study were taken from books, government reports or whitepapers, goldmansachs reports, research journals, and news.
The data were collected, classified, and sorted. Then the data that has been collected is analyzed using descriptive analysis method.
The results showed that the conditions of the Japanese women's work environment have changed after the implementation of the womenomics policy, but there are still invisible obstacles such as the rational myths of Japanese society and a strong patriarchal culture.
