Komala Rodhatul Janah. 26010117120020. Pengkajian Stok Ikan Cakalang
(Katsuwonus pelamis) yang Didaratkan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS)
Nizam Zachman Jakarta (Abdul Ghofar dan Anhar Solichin)
Ikan Keras yang biasa disebut skipjack tuna dengan nama latin
Katsuwonus pelamis merupakan salah satu komoditas ekspor serta penghasil
devisa negara urutan kedua setelah udang karena memiliki nilai ekonomis yang
penting. Kegiatan penangkapan terhadap Ikan Cakalang secara terus menerus
menimbulkan ancaman bagi kondisi stok Cakalang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui perkembangan CPUE tahun 2011 – 2020, Maximum Sustainable Yield
(MSY), panjang ikan pertama kali tertangkap (Lc50%
), laju mortalitas serta tingkat
eksploitasi Ikan Cakalang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada September-November
2021 dengan pengambilan sampel satu bulan sekali di PPS Nizam Zachman.
Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode acak sederhana. Data yang diambil
meliputi data panjang cagak ikan, produksi dan upaya penangkapan Ikan
Cakalang tahun 2011-2020. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan
program FISAT II untuk mengetahui struktur ukuran, ukuran ikan pertama kali
tertangkap (Lc50%
), CPUE, MSY, mortalitas total (Z), mortalitas penangkapan (F),
mortalitas alami (M) dan tingkat eksploitasi (E). Total sampel ikan yang didapat
sebanyak 807 ekor, kisaran ukuran panjang ikan yang tertangkap 22 – 67,6 cmFL.
Panjang ikan pertama kali tertangkap (Lc50%
) sebesar 44,97 cmFL. Mortalitas total
(Z) sebesar 3,58 pertahun, mortalitas penangkapan (F) sebesar 2,57 pertahun dan
mortalitas alami (M) sebesar 1,01 pertahun. Tingkat eksploitasi (E) mencapai 0,72
pertahun yang berarti tingkat eksploitasi Ikan Cakalang sudah masuk kategori
penangkapan berlebih, maka diperlukan pengelolaan perikanan Ikan Cakalang
yang didaratkan di PPS Nizam Zachman.

(Katsuwonus pelamis) Landed at the Nizam Zachnan Ocean Fishing Port (PPS),
Jakarta (Abdul Ghofar dan Anhar Solichin)
Skipjack tuna with the latin name Katsuwonus pelamis, is one of the export
commodities and the second largest foreign exchange earner after shrimp because
it has important economic value. Fishing activities for Skipjack tuna continuously
pose a threat to the condition of skipjack tuna stocks. The purpose of this research
is to find out the information about CPUE development in 2011 – 2020, Maximum
Sustainable Yield (MSY), sizw of fish first caught (Lc50%
), mortality and
exploitation pattern of Skipjack tuna. This research was conducted in SeptemberNovember 2021 with sampling once a month at PPS Nizam Zachman used simple
random sampling method. Fork length, production and fishing effort of skipjack
tuna in 2011-2020 was collected during research. Data analysis was carried out
using FISAT II program to determine the size structure, size of fish first caught
(Lc50%
), CPUE, MSY, total mortality (Z), fishing mortality (F), natural mortality
(M) and exploitation level (E). The total fish samples obtained were 807 fish, the
range of length of fish caught was 22 – 67,6 cmFL. The length of the first fish
caught (Lc50%
) was 44,97 cmFL. Total mortality (Z) was 3,58 per year, fishing
mortality (F) was 2,57 per year and natural mortality (M) was 1,01 per year. The
level of exploitation (E) reaches 0,72 per year, which means the level of
exploitation of skipjack tuna which lands at PPS Nizam Zachman.
