organik cair.
fermentasi pupuk organik cair.
perlakuan. Masing-masing perlakuan diujicobakan dalam 3 ulangan percobaan.
Rangkaian penelitian meliputi preparasi sampel, preparasi mikroba, proses
fermentasi pupuk organik cair dan pengujian mutu pupuk organik cair berupa
pengujian nilai pH, rendemen, C-organik, Nitrogen, Fosfor, dan Kalium. Perlakuan

ABSTRACT
Ikko Puteri Aulia. 26060118120025. The Effect of Different Eucheuma Cottonii
Seaweed Concentrations on Liquid Organic Fertilizer Characteristics. (Eko
Nurcahya Dewi and Apri Dwi Anggo)
Seaweed type E. cottoni can be used as raw material for liquid organic
fertilizer. This type of seaweed contains nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus,
potassium and plant growth hormones in the form of auxins, cytokinins, gibberalin.
The fermentation process of liquid fertilizer is carried out with the addition of a
bioactivator in the form of Azospirillum sp. and Trichoderma sp. which serves to
speed up the fermentation process of liquid organic fertilizer. This research method
uses experimental laboratories with a Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with 4
types of treatments, namely E. cottoni concentrations of 5%, 7,5% and 10%, while
0% as a comparison or control. The next procedure is to carry out a fermentation
process for 21 days aerobically to decompose or remodel organic matter. The
research method used is experimental laboratories using the basic design of
Complete Randomized Design (CRD) and the data was analyzed using fingerprints
and further analysis of Tukey’s test was carried out to determine the differences in
treatment. Each treatment was tested in 3 test attempts. The series of research
includes sample preparation, microbial preparation, liquid organic fertilizer
fermentation process and quality testing of liquid organic fertilizer in the form of
testing pH values, amendments, C-organic, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium.
The best treatment to get the best quality of liquid organic fertilizer from seaweed
E. Cottoni is at a concentration of 100 g seaweed with a C value of 1.46±0.07, N of
0.51±0.02, P of 0.68±0.03 and K of 0.68±0.06.
