Tangkap Bubu Lipat dan Hubungannya dengan Faktor Produksi di Perairan
Suradadi, Kabupaten Tegal (Bogi Budi Jayanto dan Faik Kurohman)
Bubu lipat adalah alat tangkap yang beroperasi di Perairan Suradadi, Kabupaten
Tegal dan dikelompokkan dalam alat penangkapan ikan pasif. Perlu adanya kajian
mengenai tingkat produktivitas yang dilakukan karena diketahui belum terdapat
adanya data mengenai kajian tingkat produktivitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah
menganalisis tingkat produktivitas alat tangkap bubu lipat dan menganalisis
hubungan antara tingkat produktivitas alat tangkap bubu lipat dan faktor produksi.
Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode
analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis produktivitas bubu lipat, analisis
produktivitas berdasarkan KEPMEN KP Nomor 86 Tahun 2016, dan analisis
hubungan produktivitas dengan faktor produksi. Konstruksi bubu lipat di Perairan
Suradadi terdiri atas badan, jaring, tali utama, tali cabang, mulut, pelampung,
kerangka, dan pemberat. Metode pengoperasian bubu lipat di Perairan Suradadi
dalam sekali trip penangkapan terdiri atas persiapan, hauling dan pemasangan
umpan, penentuan fishing ground, setting, dan immersing. Daerah pengoperasian
alat tangkap bubu lipat di Perairan Suradadi berjarak > 12 mil dengan dasar perairan
yang berpasir atau berpasir lumpur. Faktor-faktor produksi alat tangkap bubu lipat
pada penelitian ini di antaranya adalah Panjang Sarana Apung, Jumlah Trip, dan
Jumlah ABK. Tingkat produktivitas pada faktor produksi Jumlah ABK memiliki
nilai di atas rekomendasi sedangkan Panjang Sarana Apung dan Jumlah Trip
memiliki nilai di bawah rekomendasi. Koefisien determinasi (R
2
) diketahui Panjang
Sarana Apung, Trip, dan ABK mempengaruhi Produksi sebesar 57,9 %. Panjang
Sarana Apung, Trip, dan ABK secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap
Produksi. Panjang Sarana Apung dan Trip secara individual berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap Produksi. ABK secara individual tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap
Produksi.

Traps are fishing gear that operates in Suradadi Waters, Tegal Regency, grouped in
passive fishing gear. There is a need for a study on productivity level to be carried
out because it is known that there is no data regarding the study of productivity
levels. This study purpose was to analyze productivity level of traps and to analyze
the relationship between productivity level of traps and production factors. The
sampling method used purposive sampling. Data analysis methods in this study are
traps productivity analysis, productivity analysis based on KEPMEN KP Number
86 of 2016, and the relationship between productivity and production factors
analysis. Traps construction consists of a body, net, main rope, branch rope, mouth,
buoy, framework, and weights. In one fishing trip, the traps operating method
consists of preparation, hauling and installation, determining the fishing ground,
setting, and immersing. Traps operating area is > 12 miles with sandy or muddy
bottoms. Traps productison factors in this study are the length of the boat, the
number of trips, and the number of crew members. Productivity level value of crew
is above the recommendation, while the length of the boat and trip are below the
recommendation. Determination coefficient (R
2
) is known that the length of the
boat, trip, and crew affects production by 57.9%. The length of the boat, trip, and
crew simultaneously has a significant effect on production. The length of the boat
and trip individually has a significant effect on production. Crew individually have
no significant effect on production.
