Annisa Nurfadilah. 26030118140055. Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Nelayan Terhadap
Pelayanan Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Ciparage Kabupaten Karawang.
(Bambang Argo Wibowo dan Dian Ayunita Nurgraheni Nurmala Dewi)
Kabupaten Karawang memiliki sebuah Pelabuhan Perikanan yang berstatus Pangkalan
Pendaratan Ikan (PPI). Pelabuhan Perikanan memberikan pelayanan kepada nelayan
sebagai pengguna fasilitas yang tersedia di Pelabuhan. Salah satu jenis pelayanan yaitu
pelayanan administrasi di Pelabuhan Perikanan, pelayanan ini berkaitan dengan
kegiatan operasional penangkapan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis
tingkat kepuasan nelayan terhadap pelayanan serta mengetahui pelayanan apa saja
yang dianggap penting oleh nelayan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Customer
Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengukur
kepuasan nelayan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian
kepuasan pada pelayanan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Ciparage termasuk pada
kategori puas. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada nilai Indeks Kepuasan Nelayan
mendapatkan nilai sebesar 76,56%. Pelayanan yang memiliki nilai tertinggi yaitu pada
atribut fasilitas di Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) dan sikap petugas adminstrasi di
pelabuhan. Kesimpulan kondisi ini patut dipertahankan oleh pihak Pelabuhan, saran
dari penelitian ini, perlu adanya perluasan pada fasilitas dermaga di Pelabuhan agar
bisa menampung jumlah kapal yang bersandar lebih banyak.

Karawang Municipality has a fishing port with the status of a Fish Landing Base
(PPI). Fishing Ports provide services to fishermen as users of the facilities available
at the Port. One kind of service is administrative service at the Fishing Port, this
service is related to fishing operational activities. The purposes of this study were to
analyze the fishermen satisfaction level to Fishing port services and to find out what
services are considered important by fishermen. This study uses the Customer
Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods to
measure fishermen's satisfaction. Based on the results of the study indicate that the
assessment of satisfaction with services at the Ciparage Fishing Port is included in the
satisfied category. This can be seen in the value of the Fisher Satisfaction Index, which
is 76.56%. The service that has the highest value is the attributes of the facilities at the
Fish Auction Place (TPI) and the attitude of the administration officers at the port.
The conclusion of this condition should be maintained by the port, the suggestion from
this research is that there is a need for an expansion of the dock facilities at the port
so that it can accommodate more ships that lean.
