Abstract

ABSTRAK

Adi Ashari, 26040118120008. Struktur Komunitas Gastropoda pada Hutan
Mangrove Mangunharjo, Kota Semarang (Rudhi Pribadi dan Ria Azizah Tri
Nuraini)
Potamididae 5 spesies, Ellobiidae 2 spesies, Neritidae 2 spesies, Helicarionidae 1
spesies dan Littorinidae 1 spesies. Kelimpahan tertinggi terdapat pada Stasiun 1
sebesar 3.445 ind/25m2
dan terendah di Stasiun 3 sebesar 1.730 ind/25m2
. Indeks

ABSTRACT

Adi Ashari, 26040118120008. Gastropod Community Structure in the
Mangunharjo Mangrove Ecosystem, Semarang City (Rudhi Pribadi and Ria
Azizah Tri Nuraini)
Mangunharjo is a sub-district in the city of Semarang which has a mangrove
ecosystem, but the area of the mangrove ecosystem in Mangunharjo is decreasing
day by day due to land conversion. This can reduce the productivity of the waters
which indirectly affects the biota in it, including gastropods. This study was
conducted to determine the structure of the gastropod community in the mangrove
ecosystem of Mangunharjo with indicators of species composition, abundance,
diversity, uniformity and dominance. Data collection was carried out in NovemberDecember 2021 at 3 stations. Determination of stations using purposive sampling
method where Station 1 is in the pond area, Station 2 is at the mouth of the river
and Station 3 is in coastal mangroves. The data taken in the form of samples and
water parameters (temperature, salinity, pH, substrate). Samples were taken using
a 10m x 10m transect with 5 1m x 1m sub plots placed diagonally. The results
showed that 11 species from 5 families were found, namely; family Potamididae 5
species, Ellobiidae 2 species, Neritidae 2 species, Helicarionidae 1 species and
Littorinidae 1 species. The highest abundance is at Station 1 of 3,445 ind/25m2 and
the lowest is at Station 3 of 1,730 ind/25m2. The diversity index of Stations 1 and 3
is categorized as medium, diversity at Station 2 is categorized as low. The
uniformity index at the three stations is categorized as low. Station 2 has dominance
while Stations 1 and 3 have no dominance.
