This research is about the psychological conditions of the main character in the film by using the Japanese romance movie named Paafekuto Waarudo: Kimi to Iru Kiseki in 2018. This film tells about the story of a person with non-congenital disabilities to live a useful life. The purposes of this research are to describe the narrative structure of the film and to discover the psychological conditions of the main character in Paafekuto Waarudo: Kimi to Iru Kiseki. This research is conducted using library research with psychology of literature method and presented with descriptive qualitative. Narrative structure theory that written by Pratista is used to analyze the narrative structure. Individual Psychology theory is used to discover the condition of the main character’s psychology in the film. The result of this research is there are four factors that influences the psychological condition of the main character. Those factors are his own characteristics, family and close friends, compensation of his own weakness, and act of ignoring negative gaze around him. The main character in the film choose to keep moving forward as non-congenital disabilities and fighting his own problem to become a superior individual that gives influence to people in his surround and also people who have similar physical condition.
